Yes, we offer made-to-measure services. If the standard size according to our size chart does not fit your measurements, you can place an order for a garment tailored specifically to your measurements.
Please note that made-to-measure items are created individually and are therefore non-returnable. Once your order has been placed, one of our managers will contact you and provide all the necessary instructions for taking your measurements.

After your order has been placed and paid for, one of our managers will contact you to confirm all the details. You may receive a full refund, including shipping costs, provided that the cancellation is made before production has begun and/or before the order has been dispatched.

The estimated production and delivery time is 10–14 business days.
All international orders shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine are first delivered to our European distribution center and then forwarded to the destination country. Once your parcel has been dispatched from the European warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are applied in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Please note that if you refuse delivery of your order due to customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges, these costs, as well as the return shipping costs to our EU warehouse, will be deducted from your refund.
Customs duties are not included in the order total. As all orders are dispatched from our European warehouse, customs duties do not apply to deliveries within Europe. For all other countries, import duties and taxes may be charged in accordance with local regulations.

In most cases, each garment is made after an order is placed, while made-to-measure orders may require additional time for pattern adjustments to ensure a flawless fit.

Unfortunately, express delivery is currently available only within Ukraine and only for items that are in stock.

You may return any item purchased from mariannasenchina.com within 14 days of delivery to the destination country. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, return shipping expenses will be covered by us.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags, protective elements, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Please note that multiple items from the same order may be returned in a single parcel.
Made-to-order garments and items tailored to personal measurements are non-returnable.

At Marianna Senchina, we offer exchanges for non-faulty items that meet the following conditions:

The items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached, and have not been worn, altered, or washed.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

If the item you wish to exchange is available in our warehouse, we will reserve it for you. Upon receiving your return, we will proceed to ship the exchanged item to the address provided in your original order.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or style, kindly initiate the return process by returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

To process an exchange, please ensure that all merchandise for the exchange is returned in one package.

Please note that exchanges can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.

You can return any regular-priced or sale item purchased on mariannasenchina.com within 14 days of the delivery date, except for final sale and custom-made items.

We recommend professional dry cleaning for all of our garments. This helps preserve their appearance, shape, and the quality of the materials for longer.

Some of our garments can be machine washed on a delicate cycle; however, we do not recommend using a tumble dryer. For the best care and long-term preservation of your garment, we still advise professional dry cleaning.

We recommend storing embellished garments separately or in a protective garment bag to prevent possible damage to the fabric and decorative elements.

Most embellished pieces can be steamed; however, we advise avoiding direct contact between steam and decorative details.

Each garment includes an inner label with information about fabric composition, care instructions, and country of production.
