Worldwide shipments from our warehouse in Ukraine are first delivered to our EU warehouse and then forwarded to the final destination. You will be notified as soon as your parcel leaves our EU warehouse.
You may return any item purchased from mariannasenchina.com within 14 days of delivery to the destination country. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, return shipping expenses will be covered by us.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags, protective elements, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Please note that multiple items from the same order may be returned in a single parcel.
Made-to-order garments and items tailored to personal measurements are non-returnable.
